 HARBOUR ISLE EAST

Condominium Association

This is a general reminder to regularly change the batteries in your A/C wall thermostat, something that many of our residents are not aware of.

The batteries can be accessed by popping off the outer cover to reveal two AA batteries- it is a very simple change.  As a good rule of thumb, this is something that should be done when you annually change the batteries in your smoke detectors.

If the batteries are allowed to die, your A/C will either remain constantly running or will shut off altogether.

Reminders and Condo Etiquette

Residents are reminded that pets must be kept on leashes at all times. And please don’t forget to use the bag dispensers and waste disposal cans.

Please remember that no personal items (i.e. coolers, fishing rods, towels, etc.) are to be left outside overnight.

To control sound transmission between units, the association has strict rules regarding floor coverings. Please contact the property manager or the Architectural Review Committee BEFORE you make any changes to the flooring in your unit. Carpeting is obviously the ideal material for sound insulation; Your neighbors will appreciate the use of area rugs in tiled areas such as the Florida Room and Kitchen (and your feet will like it too!).

Please review your Summary of Use Restrictions on your Documents page
